Ladhar Acquisitions LLC is a private real estate acquisitions company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not provide brokerage services, list property for sale, represent buyers or sellers, or offer property to the public. We purchase property as a principal for our own account and may assign our interest in a purchase contract to a third party prior to closing.

We do not solicit properties currently listed with a licensed broker.

3. No offer, no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to purchase any specific property, a guarantee of any purchase price or terms, or an appraisal or opinion of value. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Any offer we make is subject to due diligence, title review, and a fully executed written purchase agreement signed by both parties.
