Information you give us directly. Name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything else you choose to tell us when you contact us, book a consultation, or message us through the chat feature on this site.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, gathered through standard web analytics.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about a possible transaction
- To evaluate a property you have asked us to consider

- To send you text messages, if and only if you have expressly consented to receive them

4. SMS / text messaging
Consent. We send text messages only to individuals who have expressly consented to receive them. Consent is collected through the messaging feature on this website, where you affirmatively provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any transaction with us.
What we send. Messages relate to your inquiry about a potential property transaction: replies to your questions, scheduling, and follow-up regarding a possible sale.
Frequency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at onkar@ladharacquisitions.com.
Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who operate our systems (CRM, scheduling, communications), under obligations of confidentiality and only as needed to provide those services
- With title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, and lenders where necessary to evaluate or complete a transaction you are party to
- Where required by law, subpoena, or court order
Note on assignment. We purchase property as a principal and may assign our interest in a purchase contract prior to closing. Where a transaction proceeds, information necessary to complete that transaction may be shared with the assignee. Mobile opt-in data is never included in any such sharing.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to satisfy legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP. Write to onkar@ladharacquisitions.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
